Jessica Simpson vomited while visiting U.S. sailors earlier this month.
The blonde singer was paying a visit to troops on board the USS Harry S. Truman in the Persian Gulf on October 1 and suffered from sickness because of the heat in the region.
A source told US Magazine: “She flew in on a helicopter and had three Red Bulls with no water. Then she complained it was too hot out.
“She only sang one song, then vomited. She was dehydrated and got sick before she performed – and even got an IV. The doctor told her not to sing, but she did anyway.”
Despite her sickness, Jessica auditioned for a soldier to perform a duet with her at the Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting event in ceremony – with Aviation Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class John Britt winning the prize.
He said: “It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I’m honoured to be part of it. I’m excited to be able to represent Truman, as well as the entire Navy. My family and shipmates are proud of me.”

Conan O’Brien‘s new late night talk show Conan will debut on TBS in just 3 weeks and today we learn who will be first guests to appear on the show. Conan announced in a press release today which celebs will grace his couch the first week that Conan is on the air:
Conan O’Brien starts a talk show, he gets Tom Hanks to come by; that’s just the tradition. TBS’s Conan announced it’s first week of guests today, and along with longtime O’Brien stalwart Hanks, he’ll have Seth Rogen, Jack McBrayer (take that, NBC!), Jon Hamm and Julie Bowen.
Read the full text of Conan‘s guest list announcement, after the jump …
Conan O’Brien Announces First Week of Guests for ‘Conan’
Seth Rogen, Tom Hanks, Jon Hamm and Michael Cera Among the Stars Slated to Appear During the First Week of New TBS Late-Night Show Conan, Beginning Nov. 8
Conan O’Brien will begin his run on TBS with some of the biggest names in entertainment and music beginning Monday, Nov. 8, at 11 p.m. (ET/PT). The premiere night of Conan from Stage 15 at Warner Bros. Studios will feature Seth Rogen and a musical performance from Jack White. The rest of Conan’s premiere week will feature a lineup of special guests, rare performances and longtime friends of O’Brien:
· Monday, Nov. 8 – First Guest Poll winner, Seth Rogen and musical guest Jack White
· Tuesday, Nov. 9 – Tom Hanks, Jack McBrayer and musical guest Soundgarden
· Wednesday, Nov. 10 – Jon Hamm, Charlyne Yi and musical guest Fistful of Mercy
· Thursday, Nov. 11 – Michael Cera, Julie Bowen and comedian Jon DoreConan is being produced by Conaco LLC. Jeff Ross is the executive producer.
HMMM … this is a great list of guests, yes, but I’m bummed that Conan will only air 4 days out of the week. I don’t watch much late night TV on TBS so I’m not sure if this is the norm but I guess they save Friday night’s for movies? Dunno … but now we know what to expect from Conan‘s first week back on the air as a late-night talk show host. Are you excited?

Eric Bana Talks 'Avengers' Envy, Mark Ruffalo's Hulk
Before Ruffalo was tapped to play the Hulk — [...]
Before this weekend, M. Night Shyamalan had never been to a comic conference of any kind. But luckily for fans of the "Sixth Sense" and "Unbreakable" director, he made an exception for New York Comic Con 2010, where he turned out for an hour-long panel moderated by MTV's own Josh Horowitz. The panel was not to discuss the auteur's most recent cinematic endeavor, "The Last Airbender," however; instead, Night was on hand to reminisce about "Unbreakable," which -- believe it or not -- celebrates its 10-year anniversary this November.
Initially met with box office and critical disdain when it was released in 2000, Shyamalan's tale of a security guard (Bruce Willis) who discovers that he's a real-life comic-book hero, has come to be regarded as one of the finest superhero films ever put to celluloid.
During an illuminating panel discussion in the Javits Center's packed theater, Night talked about why he hasn't made "Unbreakable 2" (he said he felt like "a failure" after the film's icy reception), showed the audience never-before-seen story boards, and walked the crowd through his creative process.
It was like a session of Filmmaking 101, but with lots of funny anecdotes and some equally hilarious fan questions (this "Sixth Sense" query was our personal fave: "Why was he dead the whole time? It made me so mad.")
Shyamalan remained candid after the panel, joining MTV News in our skybox for a laid-back one-on-one in which he chatted about just how drastically the reaction to "Unbreakable" has changed over the years.
"It was initially hating," he laughed. "If we were hanging out back then, you would have heard: 'Oh, "Unbreakable" sucks! "Unbreakable" sucks!' You just hear them openly going at me about it. And then as time went on you hear them say, 'I know some people didn't like it, but I really loved it.' So it's a transition. It's almost like stages of mourning. Then you get to the place like four years later where people start running across traffic when I get out of a car -- you hear like tires screech actually happens -- and then people come running and be like, '"Unbreakable" is my favorite movie of all time! Wait right here; I'm going to buy a DVD. I'm like, 'I can't just stand in the parking lot while you go buy a DVD, but I appreciate it.'"
He continues: "It's almost like the group that didn't get the movie, or was disappointed that it wasn't a scary movie, got quiet, and the group that loved the movie, who was very quiet, became vocal. And now they run the show."
So does this mean Night will reassess his position on making that long-awaited "Unbreakable" sequel? While he won't give a definitive answer, we're hoping this weekend's outpouring of love for the film will provide him with some seriously "Unbreakable" incentive.

Best Celebrity Halloween Costumes 2010! (Photos & Video)

The Spike TV 2010 ‘Scream Awards’ aired live yesterday (Saturday, October 16) from the Greek Theater in Los Angeles. Check out some awesome photos, and video from the star-studded event below.
The ‘Scream Awards’ 2010 left us with a lot to talk about, or if you prefer SCREAM about! Kelly Osbourne made an appearance showing off her slimmer physique. (She must feel like the weight has been taken off her shoulders now that the cameraman doesn’t have to zoom out to fit her entire body into the shot…zing) Blake Lively showed up sporting a sexy see through top, while Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson reportedly had a bloody good time together.
Ultimate Scream Award presenter Halle Berry stunned wearing a Reem Acra dress, Christian Louboutin shoes, and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
The night’s big surprise was an appearance by David Arquette. It seems a lot of people, including myself, didn’t expect him to show because all of the controversy surrounding him and Courteney Cox. But, he said phooey to the controversy, and didn’t let anybody rain on his parade. FYI: He showed up looking sharp enough to land any bartender, not just the ones at restaurants he owns…I kid! I kid!

Tonight On An All New Jersey Shore: Off To Space!
The Canadian beauty, 45 — who famously once declared that she and other supermodels “don’t wake up for less than $10,000 a day” — and Morton, 64, broke up at the end of the summer after a series of disagreements, we’re told.
One family source said, “Peter is very settled in Malibu and loves LA, while Linda liked to spend time in Canada and with her friends in New York. Like all supermodels, she is high-maintenance and likes to be treated like a princess.
“Some members of Peter’s family were not too fond of her, and were dismayed when she appeared around last Thanksgiving with a large diamond ring on her finger. But the marriage never happened,” the source said.
Evangelista, who started dating Morton in late 2006 when she was pregnant, denied reports the following year that the father of her son, Augustin James, was Salma Hayek’s fiancĂ©, Francois-Henri Pinault.
Evangelista’s agent, Didier Fernandez, said at the time: “She has never said who the father is.”
But sources tell us that billionaire Gucci owner Pinault is in fact the father, and this has caused some rivalry between Evangelista and Hayek, now Pinault’s wife — although, an insider added, “They get along for appearances and when the kids are together.”
Despite her turbulent love life, the perennial Vogue covergirl’s modeling career is still going strong. Evangelista is a face of L’Oreal and she recently landed a fall campaign for womens wear retailer Talbots to herald a company relaunch.
Fernandez last night declined to comment, saying, “Linda has no press agent.” Staff at Morton’s office said “no comment” and Hayek’s rep also declined to comment.

Playboy Editor: Jailed For Indecency

Anderson Cooper sat down for an in-depth interview with the legendary rapper. Watch the Eminem – ’60 Minutes’ video below. It’s a must see.
The ‘Love The Way You Lie’ rapper showed us his humble beginnings by taking viewers on a tour of his hometown, Detroit, Michigan at the beginning of the interview. Through out the 13 plus minute video we get an idea of what makes Eminem tick. Is it money? Nope. How about fame? Absolutely not. Then it must be the groupies, right? Once again, wrong! Then what is it that drives this madman? One word… Respect.
It seems that Em has been striving to gain respect ever since his childhood years when he didn’t get any. Kids bullied him as he bounced from school to school, his dad left him at a young age, and his mom, well, all you have to do is listen to ‘I’m Sorry Mama’ to get an idea of her parenting skills. In rap he found respect, which you can tell is the most precious commodity of all in Marshall Mathers’ eyes.
Eminem dispelled some widely held beliefs such as there is no word that rhymes with orange during the one-on-one sit down. He did this by explaining that it’s the way you enunciate a word that makes it fit together – giving examples like “storage,” and “porridge” to prove his point.
Perez Hilton made a valid argument when he pointed out that is was discouraging to see that Anderson Cooper didn’t call Eminem out for his non-answers in regard to his homophobic lyrics. Click here for more from the Queen of Gossip.
